Investor Communication Guidelines

Polypore, Inc. will release an earnings press release and host an earnings conference call once per quarter.
- A press release announcing the date for our earnings release along with the date, time and call-in/webcast information for the earnings conference call will be issued approximately 10 days prior to the call date.
- 1^st Quarter Earnings: Early to mid May
- 2^nd Quarter Earnings: Early to mid August
- 3^rd Quarter Earnings: Early to mid November
- 4^th Quarter Earnings: Late February to early March

Polypore, Inc. and Polypore International, Inc. will continue to file and furnish reports (8-K’s, 10-Qs, 10-Ks, etc.) with the SEC as required and view these filings as the main source of information on the company that the investment community should draw from.
